Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery, and you will receive tracking information once your package has been sent.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Portugal: 1–3 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

United States: 10–20 business days

Other international destinations: 15–30 business days, excluding customs delays

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country.
